We at Gilda's Club North Texas are celebrating National Women's Friendship Day on Saturday, September 20, 12-3PM. Participants will enjoy a delicious lunch, hear a presentation on nutritious food, do an art workshop together, and watch a make-up demonstration -- a real girls' day out.

Here's another way to celebrate -- have a "Dame Game" night. My sister and I recently developed a party game just for females (17+). We celebrated National Women's Friendship Day at a Brookwood Lake ALTA (Atlanta Lawn Tennis Association) home game in September. We handed out information about National Women's Friendship Day and provided a basket of postcards, encouraging each attendee to take one and send it to a friend.
